"I am a property manager and I was working with Haley on behalf of my client as we needed to make some insurance changes. Haley was one of the most unprofessional people I have ever worked with. There was no communication after repeated emails asking for an update on the changes. She requested the power of attorney be faxed over, which I did on the same day. Two weeks later, she says that it did not completely come through. A problem, I could have immediately fixed. When I called to address not being given an update, she was rude and cussed at me before hanging up on me. I do not recommend working with this agency. There are so many good ones. Please shop around."
