Lisa Prentiss

When life gets complicated, it helps to have someone who will slow down, listen, and help you make sense of what comes next. I'm Lisa Prentiss, and that is the kind of help my team and I believe people deserve.

I was raised in the small Oklahoma community of Ninnekah, went to high school in Chickasha, and now call Sayre home. Small-town life has taught me that relationships matter because people matter. You see your neighbors at school events, in local businesses, and all around town, and I would not have it any other way. I have always loved people, stories, and finding the common ground that turns an unfamiliar conversation into a comfortable one.

Before becoming an agent, I worked in claims and later helped other agency teams learn new tools and better understand their work. Those experiences showed me how much the details matter when the unexpected happens. My degree in English Literature and lifelong love of learning shape the way I approach every conversation today: listen carefully, explain options in plain language, and make sure questions have room to be asked.

Haley, Sammi, and I serve people throughout Sayre, western Oklahoma, and nearby Texas with a warm voice, a friendly face, and close attention to detail. We want our office to feel like home, not like a place for a quick transaction. Whether you are new to town, raising a family, running a local business, or trying to sort through a change, we are here to help you through the maze. That is what I mean when I say we have a passion for protecting the people around us.

Our Sayre office handles auto insurance, home insurance, life insurance, renters insurance and business insurance for families and local businesses throughout western Oklahoma. We also write car insurance and home insurance for neighbors in Elk City, Clinton, Cordell, Mangum, Weatherford, Cheyenne and Hammon, along with Shamrock and Wheeler across the Texas line.
